Randstad HR Partners is pleased to be partnering exclusively with a premier Australian financial services firm based in Sydney, known for its dynamic and entrepreneurial people.

The firm is seeking a P&C Systems and Reporting Lead to own the administration and optimisation of its HRIS people reporting function as it moves through a high-stakes phase of organisational evolution and a proposed merger.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Optimise SAP SuccessFactors: Administer and configure SF modules to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and well-integrated
  • Lead Merger Integration: Execute data mapping, migration, and system cutover activities to maintain reporting continuity during the proposed merger.
  • Evolve People Analytics: Design and deliver the P&C dashboard for senior leadership and the Board to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Bridge Functions: Act as the central liaison between P&C, IT, Finance, and Legal to drive automation and project milestones.

About You:

You are a detail-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience of administering SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar HCM). You possess the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reporting for all levels of stakeholders. Comfortable navigating complexity, you have a track record of managing system migrations, M&A integrations, or large-scale change within regulated environments.
